Myself and Life Often Lock Horns
There are times when I am not able to value and appreciate all the good things in my life. But not today, today I have learnt to be more giving and training myself to become a better person and the brahmin that I am by birth. I am not to have more than 2 meals in a day. The hunger is something that drives us to reach our goal and this can be explained scientifically. Meditation and mindfulness, coupled with Pranayama are some of the yogic practices that we must include in our daily life in order to achieve all of our goals.
Some English proverbs like, ''Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise.". There is not a single moment where we stop living, where our heart stops pumping blood into our veins and hence, we should be happy with ourselves for making it this far.
